These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings and offers from AGRITURISMO LA GENZIANA DI LODDO SILVIA.

1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE (CHECK IN and CHECK OUT)
The room can be occupied on the day of arrival starting from 17:00. On the agreed day of departure, it must be vacated by 10:00. If there are special needs regarding the arrival and departure times, please contact the property directly or indicate it in the notes when booking. If the occupancy of the room ends before the agreed date (as indicated in the booking confirmation), or if the arrival date is changed within 7 days of the agreed one, the guest is not entitled to any refund and / or discount.

2. RESERVATIONS
Bookings will only be considered if made by persons aged 18 or over. All guests are required to respect the rules established by La Genziana on the use of common areas. The reservation is made by accessing our website. By indicating a check-in and check-out date, selecting the accommodation you most want, including any extra options provided. To complete the booking it will be necessary to enter some data for the billing or conclusion of the booking. If you wish to receive an invoice, the billing information must already be entered in the booking phase. Once the booking has been completed, you will receive a summary e-mail at the address indicated. In the event that, at the time of booking, bugs and / or technical errors should occur, the booking will not be considered completed and we will inform you promptly. In this case, it will be necessary to make the reservation again and La Genziana declines any responsibility that may derive from it.

3. PRICES FOR THE STAY
The rates and prices for the stay and the services are indicated at the time of booking through our booking engine system and are variable depending on the season. In addition to the expected price for the stay, each guest must pay the tourist tax directly at the property. The tourist tax in La Genziana is equal to: € 0.50 (from October to May) and € 1 (from June to September). It is calculated per night per person and will be paid directly at the hotel (even in the case of prepaid rates).

4. METHOD OF PAYMENT
The methods of payment on the site for booking rooms are:

Credit card: the credit card number is used only to guarantee the reservation, that is, if you do not show up at check-in on the established date or do not cancel your stay as written in the cancellation rules, La Genziana is authorized to debit the corresponding cost on the credit card. La Genziana declines all responsibility for any abusive or undue use of the User's credit card and for any harmful consequences that may arise from operations carried out by credit card that are outside its sphere of control.

Bank transfer: in this case your reservation will be confirmed immediately, but if La Genziana does not receive the credit of the payment or a copy of the bank transfer as a deposit, as indicated by booking system, within 5 days of booking, the same will be deleted from our systems. You can obviously make a new booking except for the remaining availability.

5. CANCELLATION POLICIES
The request for cancellation of the reservation must be communicated via e-mail to the address [email protected].

In case of cancellation of the stay, for reasons not attributable to La Genziana, the Customer will still be required to pay the following sums:

-30% penalty for cancellation from 40 days to 13 days before the arrival date.
-60 % penalty for cancellations from 11 days to 4 days to the day of arrival,
- 100% penalty for cancellation from 3 days to the day of arrival, no show, early departures.

6. USE
Each room can only be occupied by the agreed number of people, as indicated in the specifications for each room. Guests are not authorized to allow any external person to use the room or to use it for a different destination.

7. ANIMALS
Animals in La Genziana are not allowed.

8. SMOKE
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. The accommodations are equipped with smoke detectors. Violators will be required to pay a penalty.

9. COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTS
Any defects found by guests or complaints relating to the room must be reported immediately to the reception.
